Meals are prepared by one of the best kosher chefs in Miami in our kosher kitchen. Our dishes are kept in separate dairy and meat cabinets that are labeled. Our china and cutlery are different patterns/colors to avoid any mixup by staff and guests, and we have separate dairy and meat refrigerators. There are several eating areas from the formal dining for Shabbat meals to outdoor for casual moments.

How Do We Handle Shabbat and Yom Tovim?
Several hours before Shabbat, we dock the boat in Miami’s Coconut Grove area. This gives everyone time to unwind from the day’s cruise and activities and to prepare for Shabbat. Those that want to go to Shul Erev Shabbat can Uber to shul and walk back to the yacht. Others who want to welcome in the Shabbat on the yacht, can do so with candle lighting on board.
On Shabbat, those that want to go to shul can walk to shul, other can just stay on board.
After shul, Shabbat lunch will be served.
For those so inclined, Miami’s Coconut Grove area is a great Shabbat or after-Shabbat walk.
At the conclusion of Shabbat, Havdalla is lovely on the top deck of the yacht.
